Methodology

Recommendations require evidence.

AI productivity advice gets noisy fast. Our default is to test a workflow with the same input artifacts, record outputs, and explain tradeoffs clearly.

Define the job

We start with a specific daily work problem and a reader profile, not a tool category.

Create a repeatable scenario

Each major guide uses shared inputs such as meeting transcripts, small-business briefs, FAQ documents, or messy strategy memos.

Score with a rubric

Tools are scored on outcome quality, setup friction, privacy, cost, repeatability, and risks. Scores need evidence notes.

Publish caveats

Every recommendation should include who should not use it, last-tested date, pricing check, and an update history.
